Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions regulate the sale of all goods by www.snaponeup.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "Snap One Up”) to “you” - the customer.
These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and no pre-contractual statements, representations, warranties, inducements or promises made by either party and no other agreements whether oral or otherwise not embodied herein shall add to or vary these terms and conditions or be of any force or effect.
Formation of the contract for sale
All goods which appear for sale on the Snap One Up web site ("the web site") are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.
By placing an order with Snap One Up you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Snap One Up may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted, Snap One Up will send you an e-mail to confirm.
You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, Snap One Up will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.
Returns policy for non-faulty goods
If you have a change of heart and would like your order refunding you must return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. Your order must be:
- Items must be unused, showing no signs of wear and in resale condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items are returned at the customer's expense
After receipt of your goods, It can take around 2 - 4 weeks for your refund to be returned to you from the date you post your item(s) back to us. Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your items, inspect and process your return.
Purchases made directly through Snap One Up
- Once your return has been processed, please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.
- Refunds made back to your Bank Account (via the debit or credit card you used to purchase from us) will take 5 - 10 working days to appear.
- PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days.
Purchases made through a third party (Daily Deals Website or one of our Partners)
- Once your return has been processed, we will notify the company you made purchase through. This company will be responsible for processing your refund.
- Please refer to their terms and conditions with regards to timescale for your refund to be made. You will need to contact their own Customer Support team for any assistance once we have authorised them to refund you.
- Snap One Up will not be able to assist from such point onwards as we are not responsible for your refund.
Snap One Up regret that unless there is a fault it cannot accept the return of the following if you have a change of heart or order the wrong size:
- Any underwear (including bra's and bikinis) that has been tried on or hygiene seals removed
- Earrings or piercing jewellery
- Opened or worn clothing
- Fancy dress costumes and masks
For underwear, socks or bikinis - Please refer carefully to the size and measuring guides as a refund or exchange is not available for the above if these garments have been tried on or worn due to hygiene reasons. It is the customers responsibility to select the correct size so we strongly recommend you measure yourself in accordance with the applicable sizing charts and measuring guides available on the product page.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unwanted orders back to Snap One Up.
* Please note: We will not refund the P&P fees for non-faulty goods purchased with a deal voucher.
Returns policy for faulty goods
If your order has arrived visibly damaged or faulty upon receipt, please follow the steps below so that we may resolve the issue for you:
Email us to let us know (email@example.com) within 7 days of receipt. This enables us to attribute the damage to delivery or existing damage. Please provide your full name, product name, your order number (if purchased from our website) or your voucher code (if purchased from one of our third party partners - such as a Daily Deals Website). Please also describe the issue as best you can.
Once you receive an email back from us to confirm (within 72hrs), we will either ask you to return your order to us (within 14 days of receipt) or we can often save you the inconvenience of returning your order to us if:
a) The issue can be clearly evidenced by photograph
b) We confirm that we do not require the item returning to us
If we ask you to forward a photograph(s), please ensure to take clear images that show the product in full (as well as any close ups of the issue if required) so that we can confirm the product was purchased from us. Please ensure you reply directly back to our email and add your photographs as attachments only (please do not copy images into the body of your email). If possible, please resize your images to no more than 1000x1000 pixels and less than 3MB in file size. If we are able to confirm the damage, we will then be able to arrange to dispatch a replacement out to you or process/authorise a refund .
Should you be unable to provide evidence of the fault or we require you to return the goods to us, then you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your faulty garment to us for a refund or replacement. Please follow the step by step instructions advised in the "I don't like it, I changed my mind or it doesn't fit me..." section above.
Please be advised that if your item is not found to be faulty or damaged upon return and inspection, we will require it to be returned in resale condition with the packaging and tags complete to be able to provide you with a full refund. This is in accordance with our terms and conditions.
For damaged or faulty returns, Snap One Up will reimburse customers for the reasonable cost of shipping subject to receipt of proof of the shipping cost (proof of postage will be required so please retain this). The maximum amount payable in respect of the return shipping cost is set out below.
- Small items (under 3cm thickness and under 100g). We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For (2nd Class). Cost - £1.86
- Small to medium sized parcels (under 1kg). We recommend using Parcel2go or UKMail online service - £2.20
- Packet sent from Ireland - 5.00 Euros.
Non-Delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
Snap One Up cannot be held responsible for deliveries that do not arrive in the event that the shipping details you provide are incorrect or incomplete. In such circumstances Snap One Up has no obligation to send you a replacement. Snap One Up may, at its discretion, re-deliver to you if and when the original order has been returned by the shipping company and reserves the right to demand payment of any re-delivery charges incurred from you.
Non Delivery - Generally
In the event of non-delivery, you must notify Snap One Up within 30 days of the expected delivery date. A replacement or refund will only be provided at the discretion of Snap One Up if you report a non delivery after this date. Snap One Up regret that no replacement or refund can be provided for non deliveries advised after 60 days of the expected delivery date deadline as we are unable to confirm delivery tracking after this date.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of Snap One Up under any contract, however made or implied, shall be limited to the amounts paid by you under that contract. Snap One Up will not be liable, in contract or tort for any consequential loss howsoever arising including but not limited to:
- any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits etc)
- contracts, business or anticipated savings; or
- any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- any special or indirect losses
These terms and conditions shall neither limit nor restrict liability for death or personal injury or any other liability the exclusion of which is prohibited by English law.
We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under this Agreement where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including by lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law, accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).
All the clauses of these Terms & Conditions are distinct and severable. If any clause (or part of any clause) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unenforceable or illegal, the other clauses shall remain in force.
Use of the Website
The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to Snap One Up All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regard to any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions
