Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions regulate the sale of all goods by Snap One Up Limited trading as www.snaponeup.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "Snap One Up”) to “you” - the customer.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and no pre-contractual statements, representations, warranties, inducements or promises made by either party and no other agreements whether oral or otherwise not embodied herein shall add to or vary these terms and conditions or be of any force or effect.

Formation of the contract for sale

All goods which appear for sale on the Snap One Up web site ("the web site") are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.
By placing an order with Snap One Up you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Snap One Up may or may not accept at their sole discretion. If an order is accepted, Snap One Up will send you an e-mail to confirm.

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, Snap One Up will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.

Returns policy for non-faulty goods

If you have had a change of heart and want to return your purchase to us for a refund you must notify us by email within 7 working days of receiving the item. You must then return the item to Snap One Up unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days of your notification being sent for a refund. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. After receipt of your goods we aim to process refunds within 14 working days. The refund will be sent to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. We will not refund the P&P fees for non-faulty goods purchased with a deal voucher.

Snap One Up regret that unless there is a fault it cannot accept the return of the following if you have a change of heart or order the wrong size:

For underwear, socks or bikinis - Please refer carefully to the size and measuring guides as a refund or exchange is not available for the aboveif these garments have been tried on or worn due to hygeine reasons. It is the customers responsibility to select the correct size so we strongly recommend you measure youself in accordance with the applicable sizing charts and measuring guides available on the product page.

Also if the product uses electricity and you live outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check whether the product uses batteries or mains electricity and that it will work using the end users domestic electricity supply.

Returns policy for faulty goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty or damaged upon delivery then this must be reported to us by email (enquiries@snaponeup.co.uk) within 7 working days of receipt. This enables us to attribute the damage to delivery. Items should be returned to us within 14 working days if we require you to do so. Any items received back after this time frame will be considered for a refund or replacement at the discretion of Snap One Up. Returns of faulty goods beyond this deadline are purely at the discretion of Snap One Up If your product develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you must inform Snap One Up and return the faulty item within 14 days of your notification being sent for a replacement or refund.

Faulty products will only be refunded or replaced after confirmation the issue via photograph attachment or return and inspection by Snap One Up. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Snap One Up aims to issue replacements or refunds within 14 days of receiving the faulty product

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the faulty product to Snap One Up. At its discretion Snap One Up may reimburse you for the reasonable cost of shipping subject to receipt of proof of the shipping cost. The maximum amount payable by Snap One Up in respect of the return shipping cost is as follows:

Non-Delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Snap One Up cannot be held responsible for deliveries that do not arrive in the event that the shipping details you provide are incorrect or incomplete.  In such circumstances Snap One Up has no obligation to send you a replacement. Snap One Up may, at its discretion, re-deliver to you if and when the original order has been returned by the shipping company and reserves the right to demand payment of any re-delivery charges incurred from you.

Non Delivery - generally

In the event of non-delivery, you must notify Snap One Up within 30 days of the expected delivery date deadline. A replacement or refund will only be provided at the discretion of The Snap One Up if you report a non delivery after this date. Snap One Up regret that no replacement or refund can be provided for non deliveries advised after 60 days of the expected delivery date deadline as we are unable to confirm delivery tracking after this date.

Limitation of Liability

The liability of Snap One Up under any contract, however made or implied, shall be limited to the amounts paid by you under that contract. Snap One Up will not be liable, in contract or tort for any consequential loss howsoever arising including but not limited to:

These terms and conditions shall neither limit nor restrict liability for death or personal injury or any other liability the exclusion of which is prohibited by English law. 

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under this Agreement where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including by lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law, accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).

Severance

All the clauses of these Terms & Conditions are distinct and severable. If any clsue (or part of any clause) is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unenforceable or illegal, the other clauses shall remain in force.

Use of the Website

The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to Snap One Up. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regard to any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions
